1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vip1 ("we", "us", "the platform"). One Account Policy

Multiple accounts used to abuse bonuses or promotions will result in forfeiture of all related winnings.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

vip1 reserves the right to delay or hold a withdrawal pending security review, verification, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, the player will be notified and given the opportunity to provide information to assist the review.

5 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

10 Account Closure and Termination

You may request to close your vip1 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method after standard processing checks.

vip1 may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if:

• You are found to have violated any provision of these Terms.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the vip1 platform, you are encouraged to contact vip1 support in the first instance. vip1 will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints promptly and fairly.

vip1's decisions on matters of game outcomes, bet settlements, bonus eligibility, and account status are final, subject to a formal dispute process. If you believe an error has occurred, you must raise the dispute within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised outside this window may not be considered.
